    No I only see CPU Usage and a percent that goes from o% to 405 sometimes.

    You can get a Power Supply Unit tester at most any electronics store.

    You can test the RAM with MemTest

    Download - Pre-Compiled Memtest86 v3.3 installable from Windows and DOS is the floppy version. After unzipping this will create a bootable floppy.

    You can also get a hard drive diagnostic from your hard drive manufacturer's web site.

    Those are the easiest things to test first.

    If this problem coincided with new RAM that might be the first thing to check.

    Are you sure the RAM is totally compatible with the motherboard?
