Hi I keep getting this message and its only when I am connected to the internet, I have tried reinstalling windows, IE and have ran alot of spyware removal software, does anyone know what file has to be fixed?

This error is often associated with third party Toolbars. Especially Google.

Remove/uninstall any third party Toolbars.

I Uninstalled almost all the toolbars, and I still have the same results, do you think it would be of anyhelp to post a hijackthis log?

You might as well post one in that section. That is certainly another possibility and worth checking out.

If they find nothing then come back here and we can dig further.

Does this not mean that it has to do with my actual windows running from the Explorer.EXE file?

Even though I tried reinstalling windows over top, and it not fixing, it must be something corrupted by virus/spyware/hacker?
