I recently installed zone alarm but my problem is now even when i shut it down In my processes i have 2 scanningprocess.exe running and theyre using a good amount of memory how do i stop these?

You can right click the line and End Process.

Of course it is all set to startup on restart.

I personally would use a different Firewall.

ZA (especially the free version) can be very troublesome.
