My Daughters Laptop Wont Start Up, The Screen Pic Comes On But On The Toolbar Where The Clock & Start Icon Are It's Just A Whie Block I Have Pressed F11 On Start Up And System Restored To An Earlier Date And Started The Pc And It Worked Fine But When I Turned The Pc Off And Started It Up Again The Same Problem Occured. I've Tried Pressing F11 And Restoring To An Earlier Date A Couple Of Times But The Problem Keeps Happening. Anyone Any Ideas. Thanks

What is the make and model of the laptop?

It's A Packard Bell,but I Decided It Was Full Of Viruses Etc And I Restored It Back To Factory Settings And Started Over Again, And It Seems To Be Working Fine Now. Thanks
