MAssively redoing my system
Thanks to my recent joining of the ranks of the legitimate consumer (with a legal copy of Windows XP Pro upgrade, 2000, AND 95), I want to set up a multiple boot system.
I have two hard drives, 80 and 20 gigs. I want a multiple-boot system, with each OS an option to boot on startup.
XP would be default, primary. I'd like to be able to choose to boot to the other two version, and ultimately would like a linux boot, as well. (Depends on how much space I have left.)
What would be the best way to go about this? I've got a network set up, with a 250 gig HD that is a friend's on loan that I can use for file storage. I'm also capable of putting together a separate PC with the 95 OS on my 15 gig HD. (We have a LOT of HDs lying around. I even have a 2 gig HD somewhere. Heck, if I get bored, I might put 95 on that.)
What would be the most efficient configuration for this? Deep and dirty details are fine... I'm no newbie to OSes and file systems (I've spent the last three weeks partitioning FAT16 dos drives over and over in my OS class.)
I also have on hand an instructor who happens to be a dual boot expert, but I'd prefer to do this on my own, and run to him for help if I need it.
Thanks in advance.

Some BIOS have a built-in Boot Manager which appears if more than one bootable drive/partition are detected. If yours does not try something like this:

Mine definitely doesn't have that... there are two bootable XP drives in there now, and it doesn't offer that option.
Thanks for the link; that is exactly what I was looking for.
