how do u change the email address using xp so when u click someones email address it doesnt open outlook it opens ur email

When you click on an e-mail address your Outlook (Express) should open a new message window addressed to the e-mail that you clicked.

this is happening im trying to stop it from happening and get it to open my email i donno if it will or not

No it won't. It will open a reply window. That is what the link is for.

You can always open your full Outlook from your shortcuts wherever you have them.
