Question User Accounts, Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash Player

There is a website my kids access called www.webkinz.com.

The homepage for this website appears correctly when I am logged on to Windows XP from the owner/administrator's account and shows a picture which is a link to "member login."

However, from my kids' user account, this homepage shows "This site requires Adobe Flash Player, click here to download" in place of the "member login" picture/link.

We have Flash Player and I've even tried to download again from the kids' account and I'm sent to the Adobe page that says that "installation is complete." So it seems to recognize that we do have it already.

Why does the homepage appear differently and how do I fix it?

I'm grateful for any help/ideas you might have to offer. Thanks.

    Welcome to DAL:
Maybe you could use another browser such as Opera or Firefox, they probably won't have the problem. I've seen it happen before and it sort of fixed itself, oh, and I assume you're using internet explorer?

    Thanks for the reply Novemberdobby.

I downloaded Firefox like you suggested but got the same result.
