Whenever I clicked Scan now, the "scanning hardware, please wait.." screen closes so fast and the result are all "Property | Value"
I don't know why it is happening, it works good for me before when I had IE 6.

I DO use Internet Explorer (version 7)
and I use Windows XP.

P.S. I used the "Scan Now" botton for the XP one.

I don't know what else went wrong, so please help!

Sorry about this, it's not working at present but we are looking into fixing it.
