i dont know if this is possible but i want to increase my upload speed. For some reason my upload speed has a cap limit of 64KB/s when my download's limit is 1.3MB/s !!! I want to use around 500KB from my download speed to go to my upload speed. if this cant be done tell me how increse my upload speed.

The upload speed is set by your ISP. There is nothing you can do to alter it. There are other packages around with a faster upload speed but they are expensive.

yes that is correct. As jaynee said, you can pay extra for a faster package.
