if you try and disguise that stuff has been downloaded on your machine a couple of things may happen.

the ISP tracks it to your machine, you say no one was home at those times, it then looks like fraud so the police get involved and eventually they find that your machine has done the downloading what do you do then?

best get your Friend to own up and pay up
