i lost my run option from start menu !
how do i get it back?

If you right click on the start button & click properties>customise start
menu>advanced tab there is a list of items to put on the menu, the run
command should be ticked.

but when i right click on the taskbar no options are displayed they are being disabled i have no idea how! it seems the rt click is disabled on the taskbar,my task mamager is also disabled!

This can be a symptom of a virus.
Please post a hijackthis log for the experts to look at.
