Can someoen tell me a program that has spyware/adware/virus protection or any other type of protection i nee dplease list the programs i have spyware and i know i have some viruses but i dotn know what kind of program i suhold get. I need a good firewall , Virus scanner, Spy/adware protector ...so please help me

Running AdAware and Spybot regularly and the AVG anti-virus plus XP's firewall keep me secure. The only addition I use is Spyware Blaster which just runs in the background banning the list of harmful sites that it has compiled.

That is my recommendation. Most advertised commercial products cause more problems then they solve.
