please please help me my pc is running on xp but since we moved it when you start boot up it keeps showing this message <windows root >system32\hal,dll file missing i really need to get it working as i am using a mates laptop and all my wedding arrangements and details are on my pc if you have any ideas how to solve this problem please let me know thanks a million
