A Repair install will save your settings. A Clean Install will not.

You could try F.A.S.T. but I am unsure if it will transfer the data you want.

I am still unsure of which accounts?

Software accounts? Internet accounts? XP User login accounts? MTA accounts? MUA accounts?

If its still these then those would have to be stored in a database by yourself in a piece of software and then saved as a TXT, CSV or HTML file for transferring over.

AlPass is a piece of software that can collect all your online info and store it for each site. There are many such computer utilities that allow similar functions.
