OK, I tried that. The only thing that came up that was running was internet explorer - not sure if I'm using it right though. I went to 'My Music' and clicked the WhoLockMe? button and explore.exe came up. I went to do it again though and no box even came up. Hmmmmm.
Is it also relevant that I can't edit any track info on iTunes? It's very irritating!
Here is another little app to try:

Download is here:

if it doesn't work
have a look here

This utility deletes files physically from ur HDD (i guess, NO matter do u have admin privileges or not).
It's not free, but only 19.99$
Anyone any other ideas?
I changed the location of my music file on iTunes and imported some CD's into it and I can edit the track information for all the files in this new folder. I can also delete things.
But I'm still stuck, I can't delete anything from the original My Music folder or edit any of the track information for the tracks in the folder and I can't drag them into the new folder either. Argh!
My Music folder is in My Shared folder and I remember putting it in there ages ago so that my friends could share some of my music. Could that have anything to do with it?
Sorry to keep going on about it but it's doing my head in!!
Anyone?
If it is in a shared folder there is the option to allow everyone on the network to alter it. If this is not set perhaps everyone is locked out of alterations.
