I recently discovered I cannot create Internet desktop shortcuts anymore (in Windows XP, SP2) message is 'file not found', in addition Windows Help will not launch - could this be an HTML type issue? I have checked the system out but it appears clear of virus's etc - thanks Mike

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 HHCTRL.OCX
