I cannot write to a cd (photos) when using the cd writing wizard which came with my Packard bell computer. It keeps giving the message"there is no disc in the drive please insert a writable cd into drive D". the problem is there is a new disc in the drive (tried several) always same message. I don't think the fault is in the D drive as I have successfully burned music tracks using another software package. Can anyone help ?
