I am getting an error on start up where a dos box (sometimes 3) and a pop up box with the title 16 bit ms-dos subsystem are appearing. Within the pop up it says dl.exe, The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. There are then Close and Ignore boxes but the ignore does not do anything. The DL.exe repopulates if deleted and i have also tried manually deleting the spyware bagz, all to no avail. I am unable to access the internet once this happens. Please help
