can someone help everytime my computer starts after the windows has finish loading a message box stating that instantshare is tryimg to load but fails and has 3 atemps at loading then tells me the disc with instantshare is not available

have you recently installed a HP printer or camera?
have you looked in add remove programmes to see if it's there?
