    There is a large rectangular eject button on the side of your CD/DVD drive. The following illustrated Dell article shows you how to remove it:

    ah thank you... well i just checked it (not putting any solution or liquid on it) and it appears to be fine and the connectors look normal.

    Also your log attachment was only the title lines. Make sure you copied/pasted the entire log. It should be rather long.

    i updated the video adapter i think.. but the BSOD still happens
