HI JUST GOT A NEW LAPTOP HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY WIRELESS ROUTER I'VE GOT A LINKSYS BEFW11S4 BUT LOST THE INSTALL CD I'VE TRIED LINKSYS WEBSITE BUT THEIR TAKING THEIR TIME TO REPLY I'VE SEARCHED THE INTERNET BUT CANT FIND ANYTHING JUST WONDERING IF I'M LOOKING AT THE RIGHT SITES HOPING SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN HELP ME BEFORE I STRANGLE MYSELF WITH THE BLESSED ETHERNET CABLE (LOL)

usualy you dont need a CD to set up a router, do you have the manual?

you should find an adress for your router (something like http://192.168.0.1)

plug the ethernet cable into the computer and type the adress into your browser (e.g. I.E, firefox, opera)

this should give you the page for your router where you can set it up.

if your router is already set up, you should only need to configure the laptop...

Cheers Mate Linksys Finally E-mailed So Followed Their Set Up Info But Still Had Trouble So Went Out And Got A Belkin Router And A Couple Of Network Adapters For The Other Computers In The House And Now Were Fully Wirelessed But Thanks For The Info.
