Someting's going wonky here and I'm wondering if one of you geniusescan help me out. I've set this stuff up before but I'll be a monkey's uncle if I can figure out why I can't get TWO computers to access the printers on the wireless network in my father-in-law's house.
We know what the name of the network is, we know what the name of the hard-wired computer is, and we know what the name of the printer is.
If I go to "add a printer" -- I get to the wizard, which apparently cannot find any printers. There should be two different printers. If I try to force it by searching for the named printer, it says that it doesn't exist.
Both of these laptops can access the WiFi network just fine. I've tried turning off the firewalls on both laptops in the process.
Can anyone tell me what I'm missing, please?
