Please don't type in all capital letters, this is very rude and considered shouting.
Right click My Computer, click Manage, click Device Manager. What is the state of your E drive in device manager? Does it say this device is working properly or does it say this device has a problem. Also check the status of your E drive in Disk Management and tell us what it says.

im just very frusterated because after i listend to Jephrees advice on removing my C drive and using the windows XP CD that it would make my computer read my Video Card. Now my computer is all messed up. My E drive doesnt show up at all in the disk managment or the device manager thingy

Can you please describe what you did exactly?
I advised removing your 10 GB drive and Clean Installing XP onto your 100 GB drive.
If you did this then your 100 GB drive will contain C: which is your XP partition. If you created other partitions during the install they will show up.
If you did not create multiple partitions and you did the above mentioned process then there will be no E: drive or partition.

i took out the 7 GB drive like you advised me then i made my E drive my master drive. Then i booted off the windows XP CD for recovery and after i pushed F8 for agreeing to the liscence agreement there said there was a FATAL ERROR and told me to reboot my computer and then it auto rebooted. I tried the same thing again but it just happened again. I quickly plugged back my 7 GB drive back in and made it master and made my 70GB hard drive into my slave (like its always been). Now my 70 GB hard drive doesnt show up
PLEASE help me fix this problem soon because i only have 200 MB of free space left :[

First off: Windows assigns drive letters arbitrarily.
A: will always be your floppy. C: will most always be your Windows Operating System.
D: most likely your DVD/CD.
If you have additional drives or partitions then they will be E: F: G: etc.
What type of XP CD are you using? Is this a retail version Microsoft CD? Sorry if I have asked before.
Also do you know the manufacturer of the 70 GB hard drive?
The manufacturer will have a diagnostic that you can run off of it.
The type of CD that you are using is the most important thing to clarify.

im not sure my family friend gave it to me

What does it say on the label? What does it look like?
What was the original source of XP on this computer?
Was XP pre-installed on this computer?
If so what is the make and model of the computer?
