eMachine actually listed a different motherboard. But the chipset doesn't lie!

Are you using a PCI card for Internet or Network connectivity?

Or is your Network adapter all you need and working fine?

If so then the PCI Modem as well as the SM Bus are irrelevant to your system.

If this is the case then you can right click on each and choose Uninstall.
