Dear EVERYONE

Can anyone help me with this...basically when i press ctrl+alt+delete or try running task manager in the "Run" option of start menu, either nothing happens or i get the error message saying that this program is in use by another application........any ideas how i can get task manager back?????

Can you press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and get it to show up?
