i know there is a thread regarding this issue later on down the line but i noticed something.

the person who had this program had the kodak picture software installed.
i had this exact problem after installing and updating kodak easyshare.

I have since uninstalled it and removed the registry entries but the problem has not gone away.

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Install this little app:

If you see any Kodak entries delete them.
