I have installed Works 8 on my pc but when I try to open any templates etc., I get the following message:

wkswp.exe
The procedure entry point ********* could not be located in the dynamic link library WkWbl.dll

I would be very grateful for any suggestions on how I can get this to work.

Sounds like it could be a corrupt install. Try uninstalling & reinstalling the software making sure no other programs are runing (anti-virus & any other software) Give that a try and see if this resolves your problem. Let us know how it goes.

Do you get this all the time or did you experience it only once?

Sometimes the dynamic link library cannot be accessed for whatever reason and such errors are displayed. If its not functioning correctly then reboot your computer and try again to see if that helps. If not replace the DLL file its mentioning and see. If that doesn't work then its something else conflicting or corrupt.
