FIXED IT.................


Hi there, new to all this but have NO idea what my computer is up to!! Ok, can log on fine to my account on my PC, everything comes up as normal, including MSN messenger. messenger tells me i have mail, so i click on the envelope in messenger which opens a new window and usually logs me into my email account, but this new window stays totally blank??????? Next problem EBAY the website now comes up, which it didnt yesterday, and i go to My ebay, and log in, again screen goes totally blank (white) and eventually the cannot find server screen appears. Can get onto any other website fine. Have enabled all cookies etc but cant seem to find a reason why this is happening. my hotmail account and ebay account are running fine on my work computer, so its not just these sites that are at fault!!! HELP!!!! no email and no ebay i might be forced into having a conversation with the boyfried!! ANY suggestions gratefully received!!

Not entirely sure but i threw everything i had at it (virus scanner, spyware remover, registry cleaner )for the second time and all is now well. There were a few "virus" entries and some spyware which was removed so must of been something to do with that.

PLEASE HELP Ok, i posted a similar thread last week but the wierdness is back! Computer seems fine, internest seems fine, except 1) I cant get the log in screen to come up on EBAY and 2) The MSN hotmail function wont open my inbox from messenger box, which also seems fine. If i click on MY EBAY on the ebay site, absolutely nothing happens, and if i click on the envelope icon in the messenger screen, a new window pops up, (which is normal) but then just stays white?????????? Have run Anti virus and anti spyware (which seemed to fix the problem last time) both of which came back clean!!!! All other websites are running fine, and i know that ebay and Hotmail were working perfectly fine on my works computer.............. any ideas??????

I dont understand? its not a spyware/adware issue as i explained these scans were clean, but i will re post whereevere it was you said anyway......... thanks for the help.....
