Have you changed anything recently? Deleted/moved/added anything to your system that you suspect collides with the timing of these errors?
Are these errors new? Did you experience them before at any time?
Was you PC running well before?
Do you have System Restore enabled?

And firstly, have you ran anti-spyware, anti-virus software yet?
i.e. Spybot S&D, AVG anti-spyware etc. If not do that first and they can be found in the sticky section here: http://www.d-a-l.com/help/forumdisplay.php?f=8

Get into Safe Mode and run them. When your computer boots, the first screen is the POST screen. Reaching after that tap repeatedly your F8 key or some computers use the Shift key until you get an option screen with Bootup options, i.e. Safe Mode, Safe Mode with networking, Last Known Good Config etc. Choose SafeMode with networking or just Safe Mode using your arrow keys and press enter.

Do you have any errors or information from Event Viewer?

They can be found in the start menu Programs>Accessories>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer.

Check in the System, Applications and Anti-Virus titles there. If there is anything, right-click and choose properties. Then click the button you'll see in the new window, and it will copy all the info into your clipboard. Paste it into a text document (i.e. Notepad) and after you have them all, you can copy/paste them back here.

If you want the chkdsk results, look for Winlogon in the Application section, right-click choose properties and again press the above button to copy it over to your clipboard and then paste it in a text file to see what it is.
You can post that back here too because many times chkdsk moves files.

Here is a free tool that might help you recover your files.

There are many others that cost some money and are more powerful but this one is worth a try.

It would be best to run a diagnostic on your hard drive and trying to recover your files asap.

Indications are of a failing hard drive.

What is the make of your hard drive?

If you do not know open the Device Manager and click the + next to disk drives.

Right click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager

Yes that seems like a failing hard drive. Choose your hard drive manufacturer from here All HDD Diagnostic Tools here and download the utility to test your hard drive.
