I have a friend that wants to sell me a Epson Stylus Photo 1200 printer for $50.00 is it worth it?

Please respond as soon as possible for he is waiting on an answer.

And I wanted to get the opinion of the forum first

Is this the printer that is capable of printing A3 size?

I've just had a read and it originally retailed at $450. On Ebay somebody has one listed at $250 Buy It Now price and one is at auction for $127.50.

Whether that is worth it or not is up to you. I can't really comment on how good the printer is as I have no experience with Epson really.

I would want to know why he's selling it. I always have epsons as you can get compatable ink quite cheaply. http://www.tonezoneuk.com/category66_1.htm I have not had that model though.
