My PC hangs and i don't know whats the reason, sometimes after 30 minutes & sometimes after 1 or 2 days, even without me using it. Is there is a way to know why it hangs?

I have a 250GB hard-disk with 1.46GB of free space. Could this be the reason?

Is that your only hard drive? I'd say with over 99% full that could definitely be a problem.

Do you have another drive that you can move stuff to?

Yes thats seems to be the problem. Depending on how much RAM you have 2-3 GB spare is definitely needed I should say, apart form the space needed to store more. You need to clear it up, move some of its if onto CDs, preferably DVDs or even Blu-ray discs if you have a Blu-ray recording drive (250GB storage) OR get a new harddrive in there.
