Hi guys...Do any of u know how to solve this?

My Norton Antivirus 2003 edition hangs when it scans Windows\Driver Cache\i386. I am unable do do a ful system scan because of this. This is quite a recent problem but prior to this, i havent installed any new software.

System Info:
Intel Pentium 4 Processor
Windows XP Professional
256MB RAM
S3 Graphics Adapter
10 Mbps Network Card
Zonelabs Firewall

Any help is appreciated.

Try running the scan in Safe Mode to see what happens.

Set Norton antivirus not to scan that particular folde ron your hard drive.
