    HELP - graphics not loading

Help me, please. I've exhausted every avenue I can think of to fix this problem.

    My system:

    DELL Inspiron 6000
    Windows XP Home
    2gb RAM
    integrated video card
    Centrino technology
    Norton Internet Security 2005
    -Personal firewall
    -Norton AntiVirus
    -SpySweeper
    -Ad-Aware

(I can provide more info if you guys need it).

Very recently, my computer has stopped showing graphics at various websites. Of all the websites, eBay is the worst. But, many other websites that I've been able to surf just fine are now missing huge chunks of graphics. In some instances, I'll get the graphics box with the red X in it, in others, they just don't load.

I've ruled out that it is the browser, because it does this in Firefox 2.0, MSIE 7.0 and MSN Explorer 9.0.

I've tried running CC Cleaner and I've reset my Internet options to default settings.

I've tried shutting down my Firewall and Anti-Spyware software. I've even shut down my anti-virus software, thinking that might be a problem.

    I've cleared the browser cache.

I am still experiencing the problems. I've run virus checks and I've run spyware checks. My system is clean so far as the software products can tell.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this problem?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeff/spanielsells

Disable your firewall temporarily and then check. Have the windows SP2 firewall running when you go online.

    You have NORTON!!!

That is by large the worst application I know for use.

Maybe uninstalling would help but only if you have the CD or software elsewhere saved for easy installation later.

Personally, with me, Norton disallowed and corrupted my full system.
