i get thies message every time i turn my pc on

the only way i can actuall log on my comp is when i am in safe mode... i dont know a great lot about computors so could anyone help me... it would be good if it wasent so complicated thanks

Do you have a printer installed on a parallel port? If so remove it and see if the problem persists.
