Hi

A few problems:

1) I've tried almost everything even two paid firewalls and every one of them has given me monster problems!

I've just tried ZoneAlarm firewall from yesterday-today and suddenly when my applications were fully loaded and multitasking, while the CPU was still at around 50% and the memory at 30% usage, after 40-80minutes usage, my computer would reboot!
I couldn't find no other solution and yes to alleviate this problem I've shut it down, although otherwise it did work perfectly.
But how can I cure this?????
Why can't I run any firewall apart from the SP2 one?

2) MS Photo Editor will not allow copy/pasting, saving, opening or creating of a Jpeg gif etc document. It only allows bmp, tif, pcs. I really dont know what the problem here is as the "help" section provided displays jpeg in the options!
So again I need help please.

3) I have a folder, Admin Tools in "My Documents" and it has nothing in it whatsoever, yet I can't delete it. Its useless so I wnat to move it. I already have a Admin Tools section in the start menu accessories.
How can I remove this and why is this bizarre behaviour occuring?
