Help please, when i try to open oe 6 it says it could not be started as it was unable to open oe message store. my comp may be out of memory or my disk is full. 0x8007007E,126. Then when i click ok it comes up with oe could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized, oe may not be intalled correctly.
I have plenty of ram and disk space, and i have reinstalled xp, i have also downloaded new MSOE.DLL and WAB files, still no joy, this is gettin frustrating, can anyone pleeeeez help me???
