cpqarray.sys caused error 32768 (Wont start windows)

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?

Try booting into Safe Mode options:

After the power-on and BIOS POST or your Logo screen repeatedly tap the F8 key or hold the Ctrl key before Windows starts.

Choose: Last known good configuration.

If that doesn't work try: Safe Mode then System Restore.

If still no good or if you cannot start Safe Mode then boot your XP CD and first off try the Recovery Console as seen here:

Try: FIXBOOT first. Then if needed FIXMBR. Lastly try if needed: BOOTCFG /rebuild

If none of this helps reboot the XP CD and run a Repair Install as seen here:
