Hold down CTRL+ALT+ARROW left or right depending which way the screen needs to rotate. This will flip it back to the normal way up.

If Tassie Devil's idea does not work on your computer you can also try:

start > Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Rotation

The hot key option does not work on my computer but the Display setting does.
