hi am new on here..can anybody help me..i just bought this reconditioned computer..computer freezers& it will not let us access hotmail

i bought this recondition computer, but it is very slow and freezes quite a lot..also it wont let me into hotmail.. billy liverpool

As a first response you might want to post a HijackThis log for review by our Pros in that section:
