I sign in as normal on the msn explorer window,then instead of of the screen appearing all i get is a taskbar message saying " msn explorer". When i close it from the task bar it appears minimized from the top right hand corner of screen how can i get the screen to show as it should?. Please help it`s doing my napper in.

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Yes it`s new, i tried system restore but no joy. Other accounts on the computer have no problems. I have no new software either.

You could try uninstalling and then reinstalling the MSN program on your account.

Or if your account is otherwise corrupted you can create a new one and then deltete the corrupted one.
