Many ideas to browse here:CRC is a check (cyclic redundancy check) for the file's integrity. A CRC
error means that the file was corrupt. Try downloading it again. If you get
the same error, contact the website that hosts the file. They'll want to
replace the file if their copy is corrupt.

Are these programs on CD or online? If CD then the disks or drive might be faulty. If online the website might be the problem.
Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?
Hi,
These programs are on CD.
I could easily load the program in WIN 98 using the same CD.
I have seen this error only on WIN XP.

Are you sure that the programs are compatible with XP?
You can try the Program Compatibilty Wizard via start > All Programs > Accessories > Program Compatability Wizard.
Hi,
I am sure the program is compatible.
Tried the compatibility wizard but in vain.
