    Printing a web site page.

    Hi.

I have just been checking out the "SPYWARE" forum. I started reading the "Read this first" sticky and thought I would print it off. I done a print preview, but the main text was off of the page to the right with the avatars and stuff on the left.

Is there a way to print this page so that the main text is on the page and the avatars are off?

    I would appreciate your guidance.

    ATB Gary.

Above each thread is a "Thread tools" button. If you press that it gives you a printer friendly version.

Thank you Jaynee. I feel like a right fool now.

While I'm here. Can you tell me the best way to do the above with all other web pages.

I have tried to copy the pages to a word doc, but again, the web pages don't seem to fit on my word page.

How are you trying to print the webpages? Are you going to file > print?

It sounds to me as if your printer isn't set to the correct settings. There should be an option to shrink to fit paper under your printer properties.
Sorry I am being a bit vague but my printer has just gone wrong so I am doing this from memory.

    Jaynee. Thanks for your reply.

Yes I do print from "File" > "Print".

If its of any use, my printer is a Epson stylus D88.

I'll have a look at the options.

    Thanks again.
