How do I sort the list I made with the Notepad option?

Can you please explain in more detail what you want to do and what the problem is.

Are you using Notepad from Windows XP?

Are you talking about Selecting text? Cutting text? Copying text?

Or something else?

Yes, I am using Windows XP.

I made a list of my passwords and user names using the Notepad for sites that I visit on the Internet and I would like to put it in alphabetical order. I should have probably used the Word Processor option, but I didn't think it would be a problem to put the list in alpha order. Thank you.

About all you can do with notepad is manually move the lines.

Highlight (select) the line then Cut the line then Paste it where you want it.


You can also open the notepad in whatever Word program you have.
