Hi,

I have an acer travelmate270 laptop and the creen resolution will not change. I recently had some spyware problems which has now been fixed but the resolution still wont change. I have looked at some similar threads but I am really a novice so I am not really sure which diagnostic tool I need to use to give you guys the info you need to help me.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

have you got the discs that came with the laptop?

Thanks for the reply brain_damage. I don't have the disks that came with the computer as I got it from a friend. Should I download all of the drivers and see what happens?

I think you only need the 270VGA.EXE that's the video driver
