cant load maplestory(game) Gr2D error!!pls read!!
hi I have recently downloaded Maple Story to play. When I try to run it, it gives me the error "failed in finding proper screen mode for Gr2D" wen i i went to device manager and clicked dispalyed adapters , theress none meaning there no dispaly adapters listed. heres my hardware info:

its an hp pavilion a1524n and i jsut reformatteed to a windwos Xp pro..it was an windwos xp media center 2005 but somthing was messed up so i used the windwos xp pro to reformat and installed win xp pro..i have no sound driveres...no cuz they got deleted..and no moniter drive..so im suing the default moniter drive which is very low...and crappy...and its a lil laggy...help pls..im very frustrated with this..

Basically you changed the Operating System so you need to reload drivers. The problem is HP set that computer for the Media Center and not XP Pro. Therefore HP does not offer drivers. Also their site pages above bring up blanks as to specs. The motherboard is listed as RC410-M Asterope 2 but HP does not list the specs. If we can ID the chipset we might find Audio drivers. As to the graphics you apparently have a PCI_E graphics card. As it is not being detected you would have to open the case and look for some ID on this card.
Or could take a shot in the dark and try either ATI or Nvidia.
