when i go into my user accts box..there is nothing but a blank screen, where is all the text and icons to make my pick from???same kind of problem when i go into the saerch screen,only the animated dog shows uo...there is nothing behind him to select from??? what can i do to fix this

Is this a new problem? Were things working OK previously? Any new hardware or software?

If this is a new problem try a System Restore to a point prior to the problem:

start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore



Or go to start > Run... and type in the following lines one at a time pressing Enter between them:

regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll


regsvr32 themeui.dll


regsvr32 jscript.dll


regsvr32 nusrmgr.cpl


regsvr32 vbscript.dll
