Can you help? My computer was too slow so we downloaded a free anti virus system to wipe any viruses off called bitdefender9, however now I keep getting messages up every time I go to a site or try to do something online.
The other problem I have is that my partner tried to download some music from the internet for the last few days and now we have a very huge phone bill as a result. Please could you tell me how to wipe off all viruses if we have any and make sure that my partner cannot run up a huge phone bill again due to the internet.

I think you may have some nasties on your machine, are you using dial up?

what firewall are you using?

was the site you used to download music from legal?
