I just converted my file system from fat 32 to ntfs but now I have lost a few files and I can no longer access help and support, each time I click on it nothing happens, there is also a few programs disappeared that I downloaded like a poker site etc and when I go back to the site to redownload again nothing happens when I click on the download link, can anyone please tell me if I can get my files back and how? especially the help and support tools which I always found very handy, and can someone please explain why some download links will work while others dont, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 HHCTRL.OCX

also i should mention there are also alot of functions that are not working, for example I can access my mailboxes at msn and yahoo but none of the functions work, I cant read emails or delete or send any mail because none of these functions are working, this is on top of some files that seem to have gone missing???

any ideas why this would happen?
