To everybody and system engineer in the forum.. In search of an audio driver for my Laptop LG LS50a i found this forum and i have read similar problem that am having with my system in the forum... so i will like to post my question please help me find a solution to it. The operating system on my latop initially was WinXP home edition but i have to format it and reload it with WinXp Pro after formatting there were no sound, in the control panel, device manager it shows that the multimedia audio controller is now working with the yellow question mark... I have try all that i can to download a driver but still yet it doesn't work. I don't have the installion cd for the system so it make it difficult for me to get the driver, please i need a sound on my system.. Help me (, Below is my Chipset system information anybody who knows how i can get my sound working again please i will appreciate your response.

Thanks japhree for the software but the problem is when i downloaded it and i run it there was this error dialogue box that appear which stays an error has occur... that do i want to continue running the script i click yes and it never show the scan result it just displayed please wait for it to scan the hardward.. Please somebody need to help me i need a sound on my system... there was sound on it before i format it and load itwith winxp pro please help me anything you think i can do... please

Are you using IE? The DAL scan requires IE.

Anyway the motherboard manufacturer should have the drivers on their web site.

I did download it and here is the system information in html format please help me out with the sound driver... below is the result of the system information... i need the sound it matter to me alot becuase there so many things am suppose to do with the sound.. ...
