My wife is in the habit of repeatedly viewing specific videos on the internet. They are all related to our hobby of dancing. However, as she often looks at the same video several times it is using unneccessary bandwidth. Presumably the files are stored on the computer in a temp file.

Where can I find the files and move them to a reuseable folder?

Although the data is in a temp file it is not playable from that file.

In most cases you can right click the original source and choose Save Target As

Then Save to your My Videos folder.

Temp files can be removed via Tools > Internet Options > General > Temporary Internet files

The videos don't allow 'save target as' so presumably I am stuck with my wife using up bandwidth .

I will probably have to upgrade to unlimited download capacity (Tiscali offer it but for the same cost as I currently spend they halve the download speed!).
